Which legal entity operates the service
Pensacolablinds is the trading name of the organization that operates and maintains this website and the related client platform.
The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Given that organizational structures, registration details and service delivery methods may be subject to change, we do not include them as permanent information on a promotional page. The binding source of information is the client agreement together with the documentation package sent to you; if any discrepancy arises between this page and those documents, the documents take precedence.
Group companies and service providers
Certain operations - platform infrastructure, payment handling, market information, client verification systems - are performed by qualified external partners pursuant to contractual arrangements. Our documentation regarding the partner categories engaged and the treatment of your information by them is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not list individual partner organizations on this page.
How to request corporate and compliance documents
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Identification of the licensed entity and its registration information.
- The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
- An outline of our client verification and anti-money-laundering protocols.
- The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
- Particulars concerning the protection and handling of your personal information.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Include "Regulatory documentation request" as the subject line.
- 02
Identify yourself
Specify your status as either an existing client (including the email registered to your account) or a potential client, and specify which materials you require.
- 03
Receive the pack
Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.
Requested materials are delivered to the confirmed email address in our system. We will not furnish account documentation to unauthorized recipients without explicit written permission from you.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.
- 05
Data protection
Data is handled in accordance with a valid lawful basis, kept for no longer than required, and safeguarded via authentication protocols and encryption both when transmitted and stored.
- 06
Complaints handling
A documented formal grievance procedure offering acknowledgement, examination and substantive response delivered within the period communicated at the time the grievance is received.
Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Questions about our regulatory position, our compliance procedures, or a concern you would like escalated should go to the compliance route rather than to general support.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Send via the same method with "Complaint" marked on the communication. You will get a confirmation, a case reference and notification of the expected response period. Should you remain unsatisfied with the resolution, the response will outline the available appeal channels.
In what manner should I notify you of fraudulent conduct or misappropriation of our identity?
Access the fraud reporting function. Instances where Pensacolablinds is impersonated through emails, promotional content or fraudulent replicas ought to be submitted there to enable our response.
Do you manage contact from enterprises or media outlets through this channel?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
